rectal bleeding and hirchsprungs

my daughter is 23 she also has Autism as well as hirchsprungs but my real worry is her hirchsprungs seems to be causing her more problems in the last 2yrs she has had constant rectal bleeding with severe stomach cramps and sweating she is waiting to have another colonoscopy the third in a year has anyone heard of this with hirchsprungs previous colonoscopy show up minor piles which where dealt with but she is still have rectal bleeding

any advice would be great as l am really worried
